phone to pc videotalk

please help! i have a videotalk capable mobile phone and have no trouble videocalling others with capable handsets. in the phone manual it briefly outlines ability to engage in phone - pc videotalk. instructions are to dial FROM handset TO recipients email address obviously linked to pc webcam. i really need help locating a program that supports this... please help *whimper* so very lost...

Hi, Your needs are quite futuristic :) . There is no such software or service available at this moment. Over the period as open standards are builting up, this may be possible in future.
