Incomplete Files

If I check the box to not download incomplete files, and lets say only the first 20/40 are available, I understand that they wouldn't be downloaded. In a later session, when all 40 parts are available, will BB go back and grab all the parts?

Note that I'm also set to remember the highest downloaded.

It won't go back automatically. It needs to see all parts within the Starting Point range. If you use the "Last" option, you should get some overlap and it will see the complete file the next day when the file is fully posted.
