Decodding <filename> in Build 727

I like the idea of the decoding status when large files are being decoded, but with small ones, it renders the status unreadable because it changes so fast between "Decoding..." and "xxx kbps..." It might be better if the decoding message was a small indicator like a pic of something, then the text could remain unchanged.

This always happens. Someone suggests a feature. It's something I can add in about 30 seconds so I add it. Then the complaints roll in and I have to consider making it optional and messing around with adding settings, etc... heh.

The latest build shows the decode message only when there are 20 or more parts.
