BB Viewer Wallpaper

Add a button to the BB Viewer window to write a copy of what it's displaying to c:\windows\bb_viewer.bmp and set it as wallpaper.

Just a thought since the viewer resizes images it would be an easy way to make odd shaped pictures into wallpaper. Assuming you kept the viewer's borders as part of the wallpaper.

Perhaps buttons for wallpaper that's tiled/centered/stretched?

I have some code for making .bmp files so I'll look into this.
