Forum threads not getting marked as read

It looks like, since the restore, threads are no longer getting marked as read, after being read.

In addition to restoring the database, I upgraded 7 times from 2.2.5 to 2.3.2. It might be related to that since the same database was restored before without any problems. I'll keep an eye on it.
