pro server slowing down?

Anyone else notice that the pro.binaryboy.com server seems to be creeping the last few days?
While downloading the headers from my favorite MP3 audiobook site, it take ten minutes or so to download about 90k headers- it used to take about a minute and a half. I haven't done anything to my system except install Norton Systemworks 2004. Any body else?

I'm getting 25,000 per minute. Seems slightly slower than usual but it's hard to judge because the length of subjects and other headers can vary widely. There were only a few brief pauses. The article download speed is between 900 and 1200kbps, same as when I checked it about a month ago.
