nbz error 10053

HI me again
when i download a nbz file i keep getting this error message 10053 and an authorisation error after a short while
any help would be great thanks again

Click the Settings button. Click the Server tab. Is the server address correct? Is the port set to 119? Is the username correct? Try retyping the password.

If you'd like to create a log so I can see what's happening, click the Start button, click Run and type this: binboy.exe -log

That will record Binary Boy's progress. Then try loading a NZB file again and click Go. When you see the error, you can access the file from the File | View Log command or go directly to c::\program files\binary boy\log.txt or wherever you installed Binary Boy. If you'd like to email me the file, you can send it to support at binaryboy dot com. Don't post it here.
