Does the main window resize properly?

I've received a bug report that says the main Binary Boy window does not resize properly. When resizing, the window will snap back to only about half its proper size. This is is happening under an Italian version of Windows XP.

Please let me know if you've seen this problem. Or if you're running XP or an Italian version of Windows, please let me know if resizing works properly for you.

I'm not seeing this problem with WinXP SP1 (english).
