Is there a way to have multiple copies of BB open at a time? I never had a need for it until yesterday and really really wished I could do it. I will admit, i haven't looked into it much and it could already have been answered or posted, but time is very very short.

Yes. Run the second or later copies from the Windows Start | Run window like this: binboy.exe -multi
The last copy to close will overwrite the history file of the others.
