Time downloads

My isp has changed the way we can bandwidth to download large files - (mostly at night etc)

Can you tell me is it possible to..

Create a que of files(with nzb which i do now) then not to download them right away, but to have binary boy start the download at a certain time and finish at a certain time ie 1am to 7am etc.

No, not exactly. What you can do is set up the scheduler to do a search, download matching files and then disconnect. There's a video of this at http://www.binaryboy.com/tutorial.php?a=bbscheduler
