.NZB files loading faster now - or is it just me?

Build #716
BB stops loading subjects from cache if available memory drops below 5%.
Previous build disabled progress bars during load from cache. Fixed.

Just wondering if you tweaked anything else... I have noticed that when loading .NZB files now that they seem to load in the queue way quicker without the usual pause I had been getting.

Build 620 had some optimizations for NZB files. Nothing has changed in the latest build though. But if it works it works. :-)
