Cache Files--Safe to delete?

Have alot of txt files in Application Data/Binary Boy/Cache.
Wondering if it is safe to delete them. Will this just cause BB to redownload all
the subjects when it reconnects to the newsgroup?

If you delete the .txt files without deleting binboy.bbcx, Binary Boy will still only download new headers. If you delete binboy.bbcx as well, it will re-download the same headers if it needs them.
