Trimming the results

Is there anyway to get rid of old results, my usenet provider keeps about 3 weeks, and I am winding up with 1.5+ months old items still showing up in results and if I refresh it, the old ones still come back, even though I have NEW selected. :confused:

Is: cache subjects on disk on the Newgroups tab causing this?

Any older than (date), filter in the works to help combat this, instead?

Yes, the cache is the cause. It deletes a header only when its article number is lower than the lowest available on the server. Since the server might delete some articles out of order, some will still be in the cache for a while after they've disappeared from the server. There's no way to adjust this but I will look into it.
