Wanted: Insta delete group feature

Is it possible to add the ability to delete a group (on the fly) from a group list within the search facility?

Often times group names are similar or repeated, but nothing on them...

Having to go into the group list later is a pain and easy to forget what I wanted gone.

This would make dealing with empty groups a lot easier I think.

You can do it now. Click the Group Lists button or right-click the newsgroup dropdown box to open the group list editor. Then delete the group. The only restrictions are that you can't delete the current group and you can't delete a group that has articles in the queue.

I don't remember which version this was added to but 1.95 and 1.96 definitely have it.

thats awesome. but that brings me to another feautre request if you dont mind.

Lets say in group lists window i have listing of all the groups in a particular .lst file. If i have a lot of groups its a pain to find those matching a particular string that i want to delete. Would be great if i could search using wildcards for groups i want to delete.

A Find and Select command could be handy. I'll consider this for a future version. Thanks for the suggestion.
