1.96 build 1 gets stuck

Somehow one download thread gets stuck on one file in every newsgroup and never moves on. I'll come back after a couple of hours and one thread is still trying to download a file. Everything else in the queue already downloaded.

I can move to the next newsgroup by hitting the 'next' button on the Search tab, but it just gets stuck on some file there too...

Tried changing the number of concurrent threads (from 3 to 2). Tried a different set of groups. Road Runner is my ISP and news provider and didn't have a problem until I bumped up to 1.96.

How do I troubleshoot this? I can't see anything pertinent on the Log tab and I know BB logs various levels of stuff while it's working. What should I look for?

Use the regular -log switch. Start | Run and then binboy.exe -log

You can send c:\program files\binary boy\log.txt to support at binaryboy dot com if you like.
